About our Client: The organization is a pioneer in molecular diagnostic state-of-the-art technology. The organization is six years old and have started their Indian operations an year ago.
Job Description: Reporting to the CFO, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the corporate HR policies and processes for 100 employees for their India Operations
- Driving talent acquisition and recruitment for the organization
- Lead the performance management piece end-to-end and advise business on talent roadmaps accordingly
- Participate in compensation benchmarking surveys and drive the rewards program
- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement
- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams
The Successful Candidate:
- The successful candidate must carry 10- 12 years of relevant experience and hold a full-time PG qualification in Human Resources.
- You must also have a proven track record in areas of performance management, compensation & benefits, policy formulation.
- You would have handled HR in a highly matrixed environment. Experience in pharmaceutical / CRO industry is preferred.
- A positive attitude and the willingness to work in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment are must-haves, while excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are highly sought
