Lead - Senior Manager - HR Business Partner - North & COE Head - Hospitality

Position: Sr Manager-HR (HRBP Lead-North & COE Head)

Role:

- Play the role of HR Business Partner Lead and Head-HR for North

- Work on areas like Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits for the employees and business areas in the North Region

- Work closely with the business on various HR initiatives

- Lead the CoE on certain areas like Compensation & Benefits & Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HR Policies and Processes & HR Systems for the organistion as a whole

- Will report into the Head-HR for the Company

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) with 6-12 yrs of experience in HR

- Should have experience in working in an HR Business Partner role as well as strong experience in areas like Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies/ Systems, Payroll, etc.

- Good Communication Skills
