Team support from from MS&S  Job Statement : To establish agreements with Financing partners to facilitate sale of Agri equipments and develop futuristic finance schemes to generate sales.   Key Accountabilities :   - Establish financing agreements with Nationalized banks, Private Banks and NBFC to finance sale of Agri equipments to end customers.  - Promote product and liaise to ensure agreements for package financing.  - Achieve higher LTV for Rice transplanters at min 70%  - Feasibility study for Dealer financing  - Feasibility study for Insurance on Rice Transplanters  - Ensure operational level arrangement at States through information from each Financial institute HQ to their respective states  - Study and implementation of preferred bankers based on defined parameters  - Tap and generate - next batch- financiers to enable financing in next phase of BP  - Create mid-term for road map for Retail Finance at YCAS till end of FY 17. - TBR  - To liaise between end customer, dealer and financial institutions wherever required for delivery.  Jyoti Jinagal Lead - Human Resource TalentMint Consulting Pvt.
