If the profile interests you and you would be keen on exploring this oppertunity further, please let me know so that we can connect and have a detailed discussion on the same.  PURPOSE OF THE JOB  The Systems & Process Improvement Lead plans and manages Continuous Improvement activity across the region ensuring that it delivers it's strategic & budget goals, ensuring consistency of global Finance processes. Manages continuous improvement and change (including transactional activities, SAP, and other Finance initiatives) and plays an active role in process governance. Requires close collaboration and delivery of Continuous Improvement initiatives through the region working with the regional controller and Lead to ensure global consistency of Finance Processes.   PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS  Business partnering, operations and goal setting  Communicate the performance of key controls and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the Cluster to the Region Finance Lead and, indirectly, the Divisional Finance Director to ensure that regional controls are operating effectively.   Work with Group (including Head of Financial Operations and Systems), Branch Finance Directors ( India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Hongkong, Bangladesh) Transactional Finance leads and Global Process Owners to ensure consistency across Clusters on continuous improvement initiatives and change projects  Control  Overall control to develop, provide and implement all Continuous Improvement initiatives for the Cluster, including the review and approval of high risk/value transactions within Branch Finance processes in order to ensure the enforcement of Finance policies, compliance with best practice including risk management.  Enforce a standardised and consistent control framework across the Region Cluster to ensure compliance and global consistency and to minimize global risk whilst ensuring that Continuous Improvement initiatives, as a result of the performance of the Region controls, are remediated in the Branch in a timely manner in order to maintain consistency and efficiency of processes globally  Monitor process performance via agreed KPI- s, reporting non-compliance across the region and provide training and corrective action plans in order to mitigate any non-compliance risks and improve overall controls  Process  Liaise with Group Finance on matters of policy and procedure; communicating updates to the Cluster and ensuring compliance and global consistency  Identify, design, and implement continuous improvement initiatives of processes across the Cluster to ensure and standardisation of Financial processes through continuous improvement and changing Finance activities  Provide local or regional support and expertise to Finance change initiatives, including the implementation of transactional Finance system and SAP in order to establish more efficient and consistent Finance processes and implementing Group wide continuous improvement initiatives whilst providing group change and control methodology and governance to ensure consistent application across the region  Systems  Identify, design, and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives of Finance systems across the Cluster and in order to support the implementation and upgrade of system change projects (e.g. implementation of T&E system)  People  Integrate with SAP and transactional teams during implementation/transition periods in order to ensure that the teams are competent and able to provide an efficient service to the business in line with the Continuous Improvement initiatives, whilst connecting the Process Governance and Process Owners networks to ensure consistency and global compliance   KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE  Strong academic background.  Accounting qualification (desirable) or significant experience within Global Finance processes and controls, exhibiting controllership skills  External or internal audit experience desirable  Strong ERP experience (SAP preferable), focused on Finance functionality and data   Finance systems implementation/upgrade knowledge and experience.   Evidence of driving Global Finance process and controls improvements initiatives desirable with experience of lean processes and process mapping  Strong senior level stakeholder management/influencing skills  KEY INTERFACES  Internal Finance: Region Lead; Divisional Finance Directors; Head of Financial Operations and Systems; Branch Financial Directors, Region Controller, Group Finance Change Support Manager  Internal non-Finance: MDs of Cluster Branches; Global IT leadership; Internal Audit; Divisional Compliance Officers  External: External Auditors, Consultants  Experience - 10-15 yrs  Location - Delhi /NCR
