Regional Cost Controller - Lead  Key Responsibilities:  Key Activities/Responsibilities would be:  - Manage and finalize monthly NOPS reporting  - Ensure all necessary controls and compliance checks have been performed on periodic basis and duly signed off by team  - Conduct moderately complex cost audits and variance analysis  - Ensure timely and accurate cost reporting  - Explain the regional cost performance to senior management  - Provide problem solving for the complex issues  - Lead and motivate the regional variable cost control team  - Support the LOC cost management strategy  - Work Closely with the key stakeholders in LOC's and Country Clusters, as well as the PTP, ATR and BPO functions  Primary Internal Stakeholders:  - LOC Finance Leadership, Cluster Finance Leadership  - Business Finance team, Operations Leadership team  Primary external stakeholders  External auditors, Vendors, Port, Terminal authorities  Required Experience & Skills:  - Solid financial educational background as Cost Accountant, Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree in Finance and Accounting and good understanding of control framework  - Minimum 9 plus years of experience within cost controlling, cost accounting, P&L analysis etc- At least 2 Years of people management experience  - Capable of connecting business performance to financial numbers  - Good analytical and structured working method  - High competency in written and verbal English  - Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management  - Influence without authority  - Good interpersonal, presentation and cooperative skills  - Shipping/ Transportation industry experience would be an added advantage but not mandatory  Key Measures:  - NOPS Accuracy,  - Accounting and Controlling compliance,  - Strategic development
