The Recruitment lead shall be responsible for the following:
- Managing end to end recruitment
- Handling and managing existing clients through account management.
- Managing a team of recruiters and taking accountability for team performance.
- Generating leads for the business.
- Ensuring closure of all positions with minimum TAT
- Should achieve individual targets along with driving team performance.
- Identifies and disseminates best practices to recruitment team.
- Should be capable of charting quarterly revenue plans for its team.
- Highly motivated professional.
Note: Should have good exposure to IT recruitment
