Lead Recruiter - Mobile Handset

We are recruiting for Lead Recruiter for a leading mobile Handset Company. Lead recruiter will be responsible for delivery to assigned business vertical.

1. will be responsible to Source, Brief, Co-ordinate and Negotiate with Candidates.

2. Will be responsible to Publish periodical Recruitment Scorecard

3. Present Status of Manpower hiring plan to Stakeholders in structured manner.

4. Should be good in Analysing Data and present it to senior Management

5. Will be responsible to manage vendors

6. Acts as SPOC for all recruitment related queries for the assigned business vertical.

Candidates from product companies will be preferred.
