Job Description :

Role : R2R Lead

Experience : 3 - 8 Years post-CA

Qualification : Qualified CA - Big4 CA firms/ other top 5 CA firms/ KPOs/ Accounting Outsourcing firms/ MNCs etc

Key skills :

- Strong in operations, Reporting, A/c & finance management, Communication Skills, Team handling Maintaining financial records, controls and reporting in accordance with company and Client requirements.

- To take the lead in the understanding, interpreting, communicating and delivering commitments to client and company by effectively engaging and developing the team.

- Should have managed a team of 5 to 10 members for 2 years plus.

- Demonstrates project management skills.

- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple clients and diverse team.

- Excellent client servicing and interpersonal skills.

- Good command over written and spoken English.
