Lead Procurement & Sourcing (Pharma)  Looking for a candidate having exposure into direct and indirect material sourcing with pharma co.  Job Responsibilities  1. Management of Procurement activities  - Procurement planning  - Procurement of all Direct & Indirect materials and services  - Exploring and identifying the best service providers and streamlining spend through skilled negotiation of contracts (with emphasis on cost, quality, delivery and compliance)  2. Support wrt domain sourcing/procurement requirements & goals  - Liasing with other members of the Operations Leadership team to develop and implement P2P initiatives to optimise transactions, consolidate volume and create efficiency leading to improved Operational excellence  - Collaboration across different organizational levels, functions & businesses to compile domain requirements and realize procurement goals and objectives. Undertake, manage & support all projects related to material/service procurement and procurement strategies  - Implementation of leadership reports, providing tracking on key departmental KPI's  3. Service Provider management: Monitor and evaluate performance levels of service providers by establishing KPI's and organizing regular performance reviews and reporting to functional head.  4. Managing Compliance  - SOX / Internal Audit Compliance  - Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory/statutory/legal requirements  5. Team Management & Development  - Conduct goal setting, performance appraisals, mentor / coach direct reports  - Collaborate with HR in manpower planning, recruitment activities and identifying training needs of team members  - Organise training for team members on new processes / skills when required   6. Market Intelligence   - Remain current with market trends through relationships with suppliers and market experts   - Benchmark our rates/prices vs. market periodically
