Organisational Development - Lead

Client - Large BPO division.

Candidates from BPO and IT co.s with OD exposure of minimum 8 to 10 yrs will be given preference.

Role Information

Role & Role Designation - Lead - Organization Development

Purpose of the Role

- Collate and analyze data related to programs (process), trend analysis, implementation feedback as necessary for OD strategy formulation;

- Create the implementation plan and specific program calendar; Collaborate and finalize creation of new roles, job evaluation, publication and communication to units and other stakeholders for middle and junior management roles as per the process within the guidelines, policies and norms of our client.

Knowledge, Skills required for the role

Knowledge: MS Office; Practicing Knowledge of OB & OD; Strong conceptual understanding of at least one or two process in HR / OD.

Skills:Conceptual Ability, Analytical ability, excellent communication and influencing skills, Process orientation, familiarity with diagnostic tools etc.

Experience: PG with 8-10 years with min 6 years’ experience in Performance management and development

Areas of Responsibility &Performance Measures

1. Strategic Planning, Strategy Formulation & Implementation

- Presentation and availability of various analytics as per SLA's defined

- Achievement of Satisfaction indices of programs as set

- Closure of policies as per defined SLA's

2. Organizational Design and Structuring

- Collation and presentation of reports as per defined SLA's and formats

- Closure of processes as per defined SLA's

- Documentation and reporting of relevant information to identified stakeholders as per defined protocol and timelines

3. Performance Management and Development

- Collation and presentation of reports as per defined SLA's and formats

- Closure of processes as per defined SLA's

- Documentation and reporting of relevant information to identified stakeholders as per defined protocol and timelines

4. Career Management and Development

- Roll out of the career aspiration/ management system across the organization

- Collation and presentation of reports as per defined SLA's and formats

- Closure of processes as per defined SLA's

- Documentation and reporting of relevant information to identified stakeholders as per defined protocol and timelines

5. Succession Planning , High Potential identification and Pipeline Management

- Collation and presentation of reports as per defined SLA's and formats

- Closure of processes as per defined SLA's

- Documentation and reporting of relevant information to identified stakeholders as per defined protocol and timelines

6. Organizational Assessments

- Collation and presentation of reports as per defined SLA's and formats

- Closure of processes as per defined SLA's

7. Internal & External Consulting

- Quality of work done

- Closure of processes as per defined SLA's

- Documentation and reporting of relevant information to identified stakeholders as per defined protocol and timelines

8. Employer Branding Initiatives, Internal & External

- Collation and presentation of collateral as per defined formats

- Closure of survey processes as per defined norms

- Documentation and reporting of relevant information to identified stakeholders as per defined protocol and timelines

9. Research, Knowledge Management, IP creation and Content Leadership

- Peer reviews and acknowledgements

- Articles/ presentations done

- Number of knowledge artifacts created

10. HR Capability Building

- Quality of content developed

- Number of courses offered

11. Analytics & Reporting

- Timeliness

- Quality

- Feedback from stakeholders

12. People Management

- Timely completion of goal setting

- Regular review of metrics
