Profile : Lead - L&D OTD (Organisation talent & development)  Based at Gurgaon  Candidates must be from Top Premier MBA Institutes.  Industry Preferred : FMCG Industry  Core Responsibilities :  - Process owner for Performance Management process, Management Succession & Development Process, Training & Development ,Talent Acquisition (Managerial positions) and line HR responsibilities.   Performance Management :  - Leading performance management process for determining performance objectives, designing & implementing systems, processes for measurable dash boarding & procedures to institutionalize PMP.  - Formulating plans / strategies for bringing qualitative improvement & realizing organizational goals.  - Administering Learning workshop as per need identified in the performance management process  - Implementing improvements to arrest attrition and improved retention significantly.  - Launching and maintaining the standards of the PI system (personality assessment tool).  Succession & Development :  - Put in place a structured/rigorous succession and developmental process for talent management   - Formulating people plan for assessment of critical position and implementing action plans.  - Predicting short term and mid term movement for bench strength required in business.   - Pushing the boundaries/raising the bar for frontline team(supervisors).  Learning & Development :  - Carrying out timely learning opportunity as per the Training & Development needs identified through various processes through annual training calendar  - Ensuring compliance of basic standards and designing the learning initiative as needed by business.  Talent Acquisition :  - Contributing significantly in acquiring talent from all sources (good pedigree/potential successors and diverse profiles in managerial position).   - Building capability in partnering with Recruitment agencies as per business plan by liaising with internal & external sources.  - Liaisoning with Institutes for Hiring the best talent available at entry level(B schools, Technical Institutes)  - Assuring the compliance of required job vacancies with the budgeted head countplanned (closely with Heads for proactive manpower planning).  Other People Management :  - Setting of performance excellence tools as per Organization requirement for focused People Managers improvement targets(Introduction of qualitative improvement tools like People Mgt. Feedback tool, 360 Degree profiler, Coaching intervention, Psycometric tools utilization in HR processes)   - Recommending Learning for High performing work practices for skill/ behavioral/ productivity improvement.  - Leading the launch of Organizations new Strategy for India subsidiary.  - Partnering in acquisition of a new brand  - Assigning additional responsibility of process owner for talent acquisition all managerial hiring  - Contributing significantly in sales capability building
