The company holds a commanding position & are the undisputed leaders in the category of products they deal in.   In line with company's long term strategic plans, the organization is looking at a senior person for their Shared Services set up who will be responsible for leading and managing the Business operations including Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement & Service delivery function covering budgeting, monitoring and forecasting for each line of business across multiple geographies.   Required Technical Skills & Experience :   - Full- time MBA/PGDM or CA from a reputed institute with 10 - 15 years of robust experience.   - An exposure of at least 10 years in Operational Excellence, Operations Management, Process Excellence space covering - Business Transformation, Delivery Management, Business Excellence Framework, Quality Management, Budgeting, Process Improvement, Vendor Management, third party contracts, forecasting for each line of business   - An Experience of Managing large team size would be added advantage.   - Should have worked in a ITeS organization or a Shared Service space.   - Person should be at a VP/Director level or should have an experience of heading and managing large chunk of manpower.   - Prioritize actions and drive them through completion.
