Lead Manager - Assurance - CA - Big4

Responsibility :

- Client Management : Maintain a strong client focus Globally, be responsive to client's requests and develop/maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

- Work closely with finance and compliance team of the clients for finalization of balance sheets.

- Planning, conducting, and coordinating financial and internal controls audits.

- Discussing the key audit issues with audit partners & client's management based on the audit findings.

- Performing analytical review of the financial statements along with the variance, trend and ratio analysis of balance sheet and statement.

- Supervise audit engagements in a variety of industries

- People Management - Manager handles minimum 30 - 40 resources.

- Manager responsible for Quality of Delivery, operational excellence of work performed by subordinates.

- Work closely with Global audit managers to transition new engagements.

Desired Profile :

- Seeking qualified Chartered accountants (2006-2010 Pass out).

- Must have 5 - 9 Years of experience into Statutory audit (Client, People & Project Management).

- Candidates should have sound have knowledge of accounting and auditing standards .

- Knowledge of IFRS/UK/US GAAP is must.

- Candidates only from Big 4 or Big 10 can apply.
