We have very urgent HR position in one of BEST reputed FMCG & retail accessories organization across the following location

BASE LOCATION : Mumbai ( Thane HQ )

OFFERED CTC : 14lacs to 18lac pa fixed + incentives ; depending

Upon current CTC.

POSITION - Lead - Learning & Development

SPAN OF CONTROL : pan India ; Corporate role

REPORTING - Head - Talent Management & OD

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE :

From an organisational perspective

- Lead the L & D vertical from a digital perspective

- Design learning interventions based on business strategy and talent needs

- Integrate talent interventions with L&D

For GM and above :

- Responsible for devising and implementing succession plan

- IDP generation and execution

- Other talent interventions

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

- The person should be into a L&D role in corporate HR profile .

ANY INDUSTRY [ FMCG / Durables / Telecom / Retail / Automotive / Tyres/ Ecommerce etc. & equivalent will be preffered] .

- Good knowledge of latest HR practices

- MBA HR mandatory. [ reputed Bschool mandatory ]. People willing to relocate from other metros are welcome.
