A rapidly growing company in Hi Tech space is looking for a Dynamic person for the following profile . The person has an opportunity to become the de facto number 2 position holder in the function over the next 2 years.
Role - Lead HRBP
- Business Partner for a large business unit supporting the Business Head in all strategic HR issues
- End to end management of all HR activities for the business including Onboarding Presentations, Employee Engagement, Retention and Performance Management
- Proactive Attrition management for the BU in coordination with Leadership
- Change Management and Leading Initiatives
- Deployment of dashboards and design of metrics based HR processes
- Organization Development initiatives including Career planning and Leadership Development
- Identify tools and programs that integrate, grow and retain employees within
- Supporting Compensation and Benefits programs
Desired Skills:
- Education : Post Graduate degree with Specialization in HR
- Experience : 5 - 8 years
- Requires - Can do- attitude and ability to handle end to end responsibility
- Should be able to act as the Trusted advisor for the Business Head and HR head
- Must demonstrate proven leadership and effective change agent to implement strategic initiatives
- Must possess effective project management skills and ability to influence at all levels of organization
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
