The company was founded by 3 IIT-Bombay graduates and has grown to a 60-member strong team.  Our Client is launching Fynd, a new B2C mobile shopping product and looking to hire young enthusiastic talent for an exciting journey ahead. The product launch is scheduled for October 2015 and therefore, you will be involved in building the product from scratch and the opportunities to grow and learn will be infinite.  The Team :  The Finance team, along with the founders, is responsible to build efficient and strong financial structures and processes to ensure the smooth working of the product and the company. The team drives accounting, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, legal and investor relations among others.  As the Lead, you are responsible for all aspects of Finance that lead to strong and efficient financial structure. You report directly to the founders and are part of the company's executive team.  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Work out different business models, define the business requirements and facilitate monitoring of conformance to financial as well as operational requirements  - Manage a team to maintain statutory accounts as per Indian standards, guidelines, business policies and procedures  - Provide a comprehensive analysis including any risks and opportunities to the management for decision making  - Work with banks and other financial partners to manage good relationship on time to time basis, ensuring effective utilization of funds  - Provide leadership and technical expertise in implementing and executing the most appropriate policies and controls  - Build and manage a team that works with operations and brand growth teams for regular payment reconciliation through our payment gateway partners  - Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to provide support through financial structuring and recommendations  Requirements :  - Demonstrated financial analysis and experience with financial reporting  - In-depth understanding of accounting and tax structures in India  - Strong bias for action and ability to get the work done in strict timelines  - Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills  - Customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset  - 3+ years work experience in eCommerce or retail industry in India  - Chartered Accountant or an MBA Finance is preferred  If interested, Please call us on 9910549163 to discuss further, alternatively you can apply.
