Currently working on a Employee relations/ IR specialist role with one of the Facilities management/ Security solutions org. based in Gurgaon.
Key role :
- To ensure company has industrial/labour stability and harmonious employee relations through a deep understanding of the prevailing labour laws and other statutory/ regulatory compliance.
- Building strong relationships with unions and employees to keep abreast with their expectations, problems and concerns.
- Providing ongoing advice to Zonal Head on how best to manage grievances of employees/ unions.
- Participating in negotiations and communications with unions/ employees where required.
- Interested HR professionals with good exp in managing Union Matters & statutory compliance may apply.
