Job Description :  - Review customized reports that go to senior management and other stakeholders periodically like normalized revenue, credit note etc. and create reports on request like customer analytics, variance analysis, product analysis etc.   - Lead and drive team to provide support to sales teams for commercial analysis and deal preparation / structuring through interfacing with product and sales teams to ensure providing efficient and timely support for deals.  - Identify & Tracking of key operating parameters like utilization of employee, rate realization etc the areas of Process Re-engineering to enable smooth and cost efficient activity in existing processes.  - Good understanding of different pricing models and commercial modeling.  - Independently handle client contract and pricing negotiation .  - Good understanding of maintaining and tracking the client PO & receivables (DSO).  - Handle customer billing / invoicing and related reporting.  - Good understanding of Revenue recognition principles and accrual process.  - Fair understanding of Profit & Loss of contracts to highlight areas of cost reduction. Monthly P&L Analysis, identifying areas of improvement and cascading the message to stakeholders  - Through knowledge in Contract Drafting, Review and redlining.  - Worked in Global managed services environment for 10+ years, leading the global customer contract management / business finance team.  - Managed a team of 4 - 5 contract managers / Business finance managers.  - Capable to handle large sized contracts & Commercials of existing customers & new RFPs.
