Our client is a PR Company with a client base across technology, consumer, healthcare and social innovation.  Role: Client Relation Lead (Technology)  Role Description:  - Creates and maintains strong, trusting business relationships with most senior client executive(s) by providing highly valued counsel based upon comprehensive understanding of the client(s) business/strategy and competitive market.   - Generates new business for the agency via organic growth or new business via the RFP process.   - Is a Manager of Operating Leads & below; ensures a strong account team is in place through valued mentoring and coaching. Generally have two to three levels of professionals in their direct reporting hierarchy.  - Manages department budgets effectively and serves as a key influencer with respect to personnel decisions client staffing and management assignments, department management & headcount, merit increases, and spot incentives for staff.  Skills & Experience Required:  - Good understanding of the consumer industry landscape  - Ability to look at our client as a single large piece of business and be able to run it like an independent stand alone division within the organization, should there be a need  - Should be able to effectively manage team and ensure work is effectively delegated to manage client pressure as well as keep team motivated  - Ability to scout for new opportunities within the business to expand and sell new offerings such as internal communications, digital, etc - and hence have a good inclination towards integrated communications   - Great understanding of technology sector, media landscape, client servicing and writing.  - Total Experience: 10-15 years
