Reporting To: Head - L & OD
Job Purpose:
- To conceive, design and execute Talent Management, Leadership Development and Capability Building initiatives to enable business for enhanced performance and to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Key Deliverables:
- To design and institutionalize top talent development framework to support accelerated learning and growth (including mentoring program, engagement with senior leadership, action learning projects/critical experiences etc.) to prepare potential talent for getting into critical leadership roles in future.
- To work directly with the business leaders to build the capability of the business in terms of leadership skills and competencies by defining a clear leadership development strategy across management levels (i.e. Iconic Programs for top talent across levels, leadership academies for key transition points such as First Time Managers, Managing Managers) and critical roles/segments.
- To be the custodian for executing the leadership development strategy (i.e. needs assessment, budgeting, development of customized learning programs and journey [including pre and post program activities], delivery of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training).
- Continuously researches and develops new technology solutions to increase reach and effectiveness of learning (i.e. m-learning, e-learning, virtual learning etc.) and deploys leading - edge learning & development solutions that are aligned with the business requirements/priorities.
- To develop and implement internal systems and procedures to ensure cost effectiveness, consistency and quality of training program development & delivery. Analyzes data, trends & delivers management information reports for effective decision-making by the leaders.

Years of Experience:
- Must have at least 10-12 years of experience with at least 5-8 years in Capability building and Talent Management particularly in the domain of leadership development.
- Proficiency in design and delivery of leadership / Hipot development interventions.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA with Specialization in HR and formal certifications in related domain.
