CTC : Band 5 /6/7 , 12 L – 24 L
Education Qualification : Graduate
Years of Experience : 6+ years Experience in leading Continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma & lean)
Domain: BFSI
Job Description
Will be responsible for :
1. Conducting workshops with customer
2. Designing process maps
3. Analyzing business processes and recommending new design changes to existing business processes.
Desirable : Exposure to Banking and Financial Services domain
Technical : Hands-on in BPM tools
Awareness : Technology Trends and Advancements
Competencies/Skills:
- Strong project management skills
- Should be well versed with Continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean, RoI calculation, measuring benefits
- Should have executed Continuous improvement projects
- Should be conversant with the Industry standard for process modeling and BPM tools
- Should have In depth knowledge of BPM (Business Process Modeling) Lifecycle – Process Documentation, Process Improvement , Business Activity Monitoring.
