Description : Lead - Rewards & Benefits - Conglomerate (5-9 yrs)

Client Details : Leading Conglomerate with multiple lines of business

Job Description :

Reporting into the Head of Compensation & Benefits you will be responsible for :

- Design the entire rewards portfolio from scratch for the organisation

- Design the Long Term and the Short term incentive schemes

- Design the expat compensation as well as global mobility programs

Profile :

- As a successful candidate, you should have hands on experience in designing rewards programs for various organisations ( Employee Stock Options, RS Us,Phantom stocks etc. )

- Preference for people from consulting background

- 5 to 8 years of hand on experience

Job Offer :
