Join like-minded, motivated individuals and hone in on your creativity as well as implement new initiatives within a nurturing environment!  Reporting to the Regional Head Of Delivery you will be responsible for:  - Analyze internal data, and in particular the correlation among delivery costs, delivery success rates, and delivery constraints based on geography for each of Lazada’s logistical partners  - Help create the most optimized business partnerships with local logistical firms based on the quantitative business analyses conducted using real-time and predicted data  - Participate in the formal execution of the logistical partners’ onboarding, and continue monitoring these partners’ effectiveness based on continued analyses  - Drive the development of tools and reports to assist and visualize the performance of logistical partners.  - Implement best practices across region for the most efficient, least expensive delivery options  - Be a focal point for innovation, through idea collection in collaboration with COOs and Head of Delivery in each country ventures, and harness these ideas for continued delivery improvements  - Take ownership of communication with logistical partners to ensure their high-standard performance and on-time resolution of outstanding issues  In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:   - Candidate should ideally possess a degree in a business-related field.  - Outstanding quantitative analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required for this position  - Dynamic personality with quick reaction to changing environments and ability to work under pressure  - Strong educational background with outstanding academic grades  - Good business acumen to evaluate impact of various initiatives on costing and performance  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
