Responsibilities:  As the Operations Product Manager, you will own business and product requirements driving our Order Management System & Warehouse Management System.   Your key responsibilities will include:  - Define the product vision and strategy to achieve high scalability & high productivity  - Become the full owner of our Operations system  - Work with local teams on the ground to understand their processes, constraints & challenges and come-up with innovative product and solution to improve local operations  - Partner closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule  - Track product development, and develop product launch plans  - Drive product adoption via change management  Requirements:  - 7+ years of professional related work experience with at least 5+ years of experience in operations technology   - Great understanding & experience with Warehouse Management Systems & Order Management Systems  - BS/BA Degree in a related field, MBA is preferred but not required  - Demonstrated strength at leading all phases of the Product life-cycle – vision, road-map planning, requirements capture, project definition and execution  - Ability to navigate Business, Product and Technology environments, to understand complex Business and Product requirements and create winning solution designs in partnership with Engineering leads  - Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans  - Strong organizational acumen : ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration  - Positive energy, enthusiastic team player  - Fluent in English  Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
