Responsibilities:
Analyse user behaviour and optimise user flow across platform and pages
Monitor and optimise onsite media click-through-rate
Contribute in improving our search engine and overall site findability
Contribute in the design of new onsite features and tools to increase visitor engagement
Identify and drive implementation of best in class UX practices
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree with min 2-3 years- experience in retail/e-commerce merchandizing, defining/implementing world-wide best practices
A proven track record in coordinating large scale projects involving numerous stakeholders, across different countries
Excellent analytical skills, and able to interpret numbers into sound action plans for maximizing onsite performance
A creative mind with a good understanding of latest ecommerce trends, including mobile commerce
Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
