LAVA International - Project Manager

We are looking for Project Manager - Noida Location.

Industry: FMCG/Telecom handset.

KRA'S:

- Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to ensure that all the requirements of each of the stakeholders is either achieved or the respective stakeholder is aligned to the fact that it would not be achieved in the project.

- Establish clear ownership for project tasks along with clear TAT, ensure that team members have the desired information/tools needed and provide timely feedback in case of variance in TAT.

- Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.

- Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.

- Assess project issues and identify solutions along with Project Head to meet TAT, quality and customer goals.

- Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.

Project Implementation Duties & Responsibilities:

- Define & maintain all implementation processes, manage implementation lifecycle; coordinate documentation when needed.

- Arrange stakeholders training on processes and systems as and when needed.

- Troubleshoot tool related technical issues whenever need arises, escalating and ensuring that tool is up to date and perfect.

- Maintain timelines and target dates in SAP.

- Publish variance and ensure suitable action either through collaboration or escalation.

Product Development Duties & Responsibilities:

- Define & maintain all product development processes.

- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily meetings, reviews, regular defaults by a department and therefore improvement plan & all other project related meetings to ensure adherence of project schedule.

- Ensure the development teams are practicing the principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.

- Facilitate productivity by ensuring that the team has all information and desired tools to complete their jobs with quality and in time.

- Find and work to remove development and project roadblocks.

- Manage the team - Ensure that their daily commitments are met. Approach should be collaborative, helping but at times need to escalate things to ensure timeline and quality.
