KEY RESULT AREAS :   - Study the processes for entire service vertical.  - Identify the gaps in current processes.  - Identify the constraints in the current processes.  - Understand the holistic business environment and impact of one change on multiple stakeholders.  - Risk mitigation of the undesirable effects of the change on entire value chain.  - Propose changes in the existing processes.  - Dig into data to bring out the information.  - Reduce TAT of the repeated items by process changes.  - Reports standardization for data analysis.  - Drive speed and flexibility in vertical operations for customer delight.  - Present a review of weaknesses in the existing processes.  - Monitor process performance with data.  DESIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :   - Deep understanding of the business processes.  - Strong communication & interpersonal skills.  - Ability to think in deep.  - Strong problem solving skills with an eye for detail.  - Passion for excellence.  MUST HAVE'S :   - Six Sigma /Green/ Black belt trained.  - Should have done at least 2-3 BB projects.  - Preference given to people with experience in business process re-engineering.
