Job Responsibilities & Key Result Areas :
- Own and lead the HR deliverables at the Hub.
- Responsible for effective employee life cycle management for the Hub employees
- Provide advice & guidance to Hub Heads & BU heads on People Issues ( Business partnering)
- Responsible for Employee Life Cycle Management for all Hub Employees- Induction, Performance Management, Engagement, Employee Communication, Learning & Dev ( Engagement, Career Dev, Attrition)
- Planning & implementing change initiatives at the Hub
- Publishing People Metrics ( Measuring the - People Health- )
- Ensuring high quality HR processes + Transactions (Payroll/F&F etc.)
- HR Services to Employees
Desired Skills and Competencies :
- Very good understanding of HR processes and best practices in all areas of HR
- High ability of influencing leaders and team members
- Proven skills in people development - coaching & influencing people
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good decision making and analytical skills
- Good verbal & written communication skills
Ideal Candidate :
- MBA from a top MBA institute (specialization in HR) with 5-7 years of experience
- Very good exposure to HR processes and good leadership experience.
