Hence, LAVA in the process of evaluating change of recruitment & measurement design to strongly build desire to learn & growth of the individual as key parameters for employee enrollment/performance.  In parallel, we are looking for young passionate individual to structure & drive organization wide learning & development initiatives in LAVA.  Job Purpose:  Inculcate culture of learning in LAVA to enable physical, intellectual & spiritual self-development of employees alongside skill development.  Key Responsibilities :  - Build the strategy, process & structure to identify & action personal, skill & leadership development needs in LAVA.  Skill Development :  - Define frameworks to identify skill development needs across job categories.  - Analyze development needs, formalize priorities & develop roadmap for action including curriculum design, development & management.  - Ensure timely & effective execution followed by rigorous feedback to improvetheabove stated approach.  - Structured programs for development of customer facing employees (recruiters, admin staff, LAVA retail executives etc.)  Personal Development :  - Devise mechanisms to completely drill down the benefits of personal development.  - Create an ecosystem to channel the internal desire for self-development via effective campaigns to drive personal development.  - Enable people managers to be effective coach for their respective teams & drive periodic programs to affect the same.  Leadership Development :  - Define leadership in context of LAVA & define attributes of leader in LAVA.   - Build focus on LAVA leadership development within people managers& senior leaders to drive culture of excellence.  - Roadmap of development (including mentorship) for identified successors &critical talent within LAVA.  - Define measurements of progress in all the above areas to ensure appraisals, promotions & assessment for future roles.  - Ensure effective cost controls for learning & development activities in the organization.  Key Result areas :  Development & signoff of strategic framework to drive L&D in LAVA encompassing detailed working on :  - Definition of LAVA leadership  - Identification of skill development needs across various job levels in LAVA  - Mechanisms to build sensitivity on self & team development   - Design & agreement on detailed calendars for skill development initiatives, personal development campaigns, mentorships for successors & senior leaders etc.  - Measurement frameworks for career progression.  - Efficient & timely execution of signed off calendars derived from the strategic framework within agreed costs.  - Ensure smooth rollout & adherence to measurement frameworks of development with the help of talent management team & respective HRBPs.  Skills & Knowledge :  - Extreme passion for doing meaningful work in OD&L  - Self-starter, persistent in approach & not deterred by failures.  - Prefer working with cross functional teams & discourages silos   - Ability to influence without authority  - Successfully implemented effective learning initiatives in previous organizations   - Well networked with relevant fraternity in the market
