- Leading the operations of Modern Trade Accounts for Primary/Secondary outlet wise Distribution / Tertiary through LRE/non LRE.
- Discount management.
- Credit control.
- Promotions and initiatives to enhance tertiary.
- SKU mix planning and execution for the channel and outlets.
- Resource planning for the outlets ( LRE/Merchandise).
- Inventory obsolescence tracking at the outlets.
- Competition SKU tracking.
Travel locations - Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi. (Based out of NHQ)
- Handle 3500 outlets, 30 Cr Business, avg. 700 Cr Industry Size/month
- Lead a team of 30 Members.
