Key Result Areas  - To provide direct administrative support to the CFO and indirect support to the Board of Directors and, as required, it's Committees, while managing very confidential material and information.  - Serves as primary assistant to the CFO, representing the executive in interactions with internal and external parties and stakeholders such as prospective investors, bankers, lawyers etc.   - Maintains the CFO calendar; coordinates, arranges and confirms meetings; arranges for meeting setup; attends board and other meetings, takes notes and transcribes minutes; screens requests for appointments; coordinates and arranges special meetings.   - Preparing business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders.  - Tracking of Financial statistics and pulling together graphs and reports with this data  - Complete research projects as required by the CFO; analyze and assemble data for report preparation  - Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables  - External & Internal interface on behalf of the CFO  - Preparing financial models that include identifying drivers, deriving revenue through those drivers, arriving at equity value applying various valuation techniques (DCF, Relative etc.)  - Analyze complex, sensitive problems and situations, evaluate alternatives and make sound, appropriate recommendations.  - Research on behalf of CFO laws, codes, regulations, rules and policies applicable to areas of responsibility related with financial reporting and general internal and external compliance.  - Support other verticals such as Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Treasury, BPA, Internal audit, Direct and Indirect Tax, Legal and CS with their respective departmental projects  Desired Skills and Competencies  - Full Time MBA/PGDM in Finance from Tier 1 college like IIM/MDI/NMIMS/FMS/ISB  - Good Communication Skills are a must (Adept at giving / preparing presentations or drafting emails)  - Previous experience working with CXOs is desirable  - Evidence of and a commitment to practice a high degree of confidentiality and discretion  - Knowledge about Corporate finance, ECM (Equity Capital markets) is an added advantage  - Extremely team-focused, and enjoys providing support to the whole organization - Organized, with a well-establish process of planning workload; efficient and resourceful  - Works well under pressure / strict deadlines  - Display engaging interpersonal skills including the ability to think and act strategically, provide sound  Judgment  - Positive and energetic Attitude   - Adaptability to change
