Job Responsibilities & Key Result Areas :  Scheme Designing :  - Able to design schemes & incentives in line with market requirement  - Should be able to keep close watch on competition and change scheme as per market dynamics  - Responsible for managing all schemes within budget  Scheme Roll Out & Monitoring :  - Ensure 100% awareness on ground for the scheme details to all the stakeholders - field teams/ distributors and retailers  - Coordinate with the Marcomm/Sales team for any marketing/communication element to be designed for the scheme communication and awareness  - Ensuring measurement of scheme parameters and regular dashboards on the targets of the Scheme for all the relevant stakeholders   - Ensure audits for process adherence  Scheme Payouts :  - Publishing the final status of the Scheme once the Scheme period is over  - Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders for the disbursal of the Scheme incentive(s) in a fixed timeline  - In case of the involvement of external vendors, close loop end to end closure with the vendors/parties involved  - Measuring the satisfaction of the relevant stakeholders post execution of the scheme  Channel Finance :  - To ensure finances for channel partners for investment into Lava business  - Work with Channel Financing Partner on providing timely services to distributors  - Grievance Redressals - Sort out all the queries of partners once on-boarded related to process  - Interest Payout - Ensure timely payment of Interest and share interest statement with Partners  - Owner of Revenue Monitoring and action MIS - Analyze the Usage of funds after disbursal  - Policy adherence - Publishing outliers to the senior management for timely action as per the policy  Desired Skills and Competencies :  - Good Interpersonal skills   - Data analysis   - Project management skills   - Expertise in MS Office especially Excel and Power Point   Ideal Candidate :  - Someone with exposure to scheme designing and managing budgets   - Prior experience in sales/ working with sales team would be an added advantage  - Proactive   - Ability to stretch
