- Plan, forecast and drive growth for the category  - Define the market segmentation and the relevant customer segment for the category  - Deep understanding of the competition and its strength and build a strategy to create a differentiation in all aspects ranging from Product to marketing to e-commerce partner relations  - Define and execute strategies to optimize the online purchase experience, and partner with Product, marketing and account Management team to deliver the same  - Identify opportunities in product portfolio- new as well as existing range for new product introductions to ensure product range is ahead of competition and strengthens brand promise  - Conceptualize and develop comprehensive marketing strategy and ensure execution for new product launches, festivals, promotional, brand campaigns across own and shared properties  - Drive and ensure execution of GTM strategy for new product launches  - Develop and execute individual channel strategies consisting of marketing & promotions programs, leveraging customer insights, point-of-sale brand presence elements  - Update team on latest trends, competition, consumer insights.  - Track results of marketing programs and suggest change and share new innovative ideas to reach out to TG and enhance experience  - Responsible for complete P&L of the portfolio  - Mentor and develop team of account managers and e-commerce operation executives.  Desired Skills and Competencies :  - MBA from Tier 1 Institute   - 1-3 years experience in the desired sectors  - Experience in relevant domain will be preferred   - Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to formulate overall strategic and marketing plans  - Strong project management skills with attention to detail  - Proven ability to collaborate broadly with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results  - Exceptional oral and written communication skills  - Experience in managing a project roadmap and delivering results  - Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
