SUMMARY:  - Prepare, review, analyze and record budgets, expenditures and other accounting documents.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Analysis   - Perform Variance Analysis to support management decision.  - Focus on Areas of Cost of Control.  - Coordinate with accounts & territory for variance reasons & actions to be taken  - Competition Analysis.  - Prepare Project feasibility reports for new stores and projects  Reports:   - Upload Budget on Oracle Apps on time.  - Consolidate Financials of distribution channel, Brands, Lifestyle & Home centre.  - Prepare ad hoc reports - Weekly Sales Report  Annual Budget:  - Ensure involvement in annual budget process   - Prepare timely & accurate budgets for all locations  People Management:   - Organize and Structure team to scale up to Business Requirements.  - Build, Motivate and Train the Team to meet and exceed performance expectation  Desired Profile :   - Candidate Should have good exposure on Financial Planning.  - Candidate from Retail, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durable will be preferred   - CA with 6+ Yrs of Experience, ICWA with 7+ Yrs of Experience and MBA Finance with 10+ Yrs of Experience in core financial planning.
