Key Responsibilities :   Overall Training Coordination :  - Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs  - Responsible for driving training initiatives for stores  - Ensure regular interface with store and regional team  Training Execution and Effectiveness :  - Deliver class room training as per planned regional calendar  - Conduct on-the-job training for frontline sales staff as per planned calendar  - Ensure induction of all store staff up to ACM/CM level  - Execute the overall training strategy at store level  - Ensure training effectiveness is captured for all programs and required corrective action is taken  - Conduct behavior audits for frontline sales staff  - Conduct Product knowledge training for all new hires and refresher Product knowledge training for all store employees  Analysis and Reports :  - Training evaluations for all modules to be done and recorded as per the measurement matrix designed for the module  - Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training/OJT delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues, if any
