Role : Manager - Retail Projects - Site Execution  Education : Graduate / PG preferably Electrical Engineering /Civil Engineering  Experience : Min. 7-8 Years  Key Responsibilities :  Project Execution :  - Comprehensive project involvement in all aspects including conceptual & detailed planning, material specification, contractor evaluation and finalization, site execution & control as per the requirement   - Monitor all new and existing stores and refurbishments to deliver the highest standards Identification and evaluation of new products / solutions, vendors, material to be used and finalization and cost effectiveness   - Material Specifications and Evaluation and procurement of the material from supplier   - Ensure store readiness as per plan by managing the lead times for the fittings   - Civil / MEP(mechanical electrical plumbing) drawings study & review   - Ensure the store infrastructure facilities and services are in line with regional needs, competition bench-marking and international trends   - Track the budget for any deviation/changes in the execution for any reasons, and inform higher ups, to take the approval for the concerned activity   - Periodically visit the site to monitor appropriate execution of design and adherence to project schedules, timelines, quality standards and design specifications. Initiate corrections for deviations   - Maintain complete documentation of Project drawings, licenses, sign offs and approvals   - Maintain monthly MIS reports to track project status and capex and periodically update senior management   - Drive Value-Engineering - Constantly evaluate cost effectiveness of labor, materials and identify alternative and more efficient options. Periodically evaluate options for energy saving in all the store   - Responsible for the timely completion of projects and handing over to Operations team   - Handling Statutory issues and getting the CEIG document, AMC's equipment and same handing over to Operations   Vendor management :  - Evaluate and build vendor relationship based on prior performance   - Negotiate on rates, quality standards and delivery time-frames   - Scale up vendor base to meet business growth   - Ensure vendor evaluation as per SOP guidelines   People Management :  - Manage and improve employee retention and engagement levels   - Provide team with opportunities to improve competency and skill in managing MEP services  - Build, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations
