Education : CA/CWA/MBA in Finance.   Key Responsibilities :   Business Finance Function :   - Provide the season wise/monthly OTB as needed.   - Monitor performance & highlight exceptions in taking initiatives in meeting the targets.  Revenue assurance : control promotions through Central Office, validation & review of intake margins, markdowns & realized margins by ensuring contracted & targeted margins are realized.  - Monitor Brand performance and take steps in improving profitability.   - Ensure adherence to contractual obligations with all stake holders - Vendors, License Partners, Distribution Channels, Franchisees, etc.  - Represent Concept in automation projects.   - Support Corporate in evaluating Business Decisions.   - Lead process improvements & initiatives. Analyze and provide management with updates on the impact of any regulatory changes (opening of FDI in retail) / Government policy changes (imposition of Excise Duty on branded garments, GST Levy etc.) / change in market dynamics.  Financial/ Budgetary control :   - Drive budgeting & forecasting process for the Concept.   - Profitability & variance analysis.   - Provide EOSS discounting guidelines, approve and control mark downs to meet budgeted margins.  - Design, implement and ensure adherence to all business SOPs.   - Supporting in completion of audits by Internal & External Auditors.   MIS :   - Single Point of Contact for all MIS needs of the Business.   - Provide monthly financial provisions & information to Group Accounts & Corporate MIS Team for Royalties, distribution sales, margins, etc.  Vendor Management :   - Provide support to Business Team and Support functions in Vendor Lifestyle Management.  People Management :   - Organize and structure team to scale up to business requirements.   - Build, motivate and train the team to meet and exceed performance expectations.
