Lakshya Digital - Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure the successful execution of projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time (as per plan / schedule), at the budgeted effort / cost at and at the quality which the client requires.

- Serve as a single point of contact between the client and the art team.

- Create and provide plans, status updates etc. to the client.

- Ensure that the project team adheres to organisational processes.

- Proactively identify project risks and find ways to mitigate them

- As a leader of a particular project, successfully manage and grow particular account and provide direction to the team and motivate them.

- Help the Business Development team during the pre-sales process by providing estimates, and other supporting material as required by the Business Development team.

Essential Skill Requirements :

- Excellent Project Management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication (English).

- Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and leadership.

- Strong process orientation.

- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
