Position : Operations Manager (Strategic Initiatives)

We are looking for people who can take end-to-end responsibility on operationalizing new initiatives and set up processes

What you will do :

- Understand the current industry practices

- Create a disruptive strategy along with co-founders for various initiatives

- Manage team to conduct pilot

- Set up processes to make it operational

- Work with technology team to build required functionalities

What you will need :

- A proven capability to lead people and create new things

- Passion and commitment (I guess that's a given for working in any start-up)

- Zero hesitation in getting the hands dirty

- Hard-working and willing to learn

People we are looking for : 1-3 year exp; B.Tech. from IIT
