KYC Domain Trainer - BPO/IT

We have urgent openings for KYC Trainer profile

Location- Malad (Mumbai)

The experience as a trainer should be around 2 years and KYC domain Experience more than 6 months

This includes Night Shifts and need excellent communication

Job Profile-

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct new hire, refresher training and PKT's as necessary

- Would have to work closely with the internal call quality and the Operations team

- Would also be involved in calibration with clients, and internal quality teams-

- Achieve set targets for processing, calibration and new hire training delivery

- Designing effective training material for Refresher training based on the training need analysis performed at the end of every month

- Supporting and providing feedback to new hires during the Nesting stage

- Ensure self development by updating oneself on current trends and techniques in training

- Supporting the function by helping in organizing/planning trainings from time to time

- Maintaining all reports according to compliance standards put down by ISO

Skills required:

- MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint & Word

- Good knowledge of capital markets

- Delivery skills
