The Dy.Manager/Manager - Training supports & facilitate key L&D India objectives through out the country by facilitating talent management initiatives to support the business through both training & delivery. The job holder needs deliver across the country. The area of focus include:  - Focus on customer service excellence.  - Employee talent management programs  - Talent development program delivery.  - Facilitating leadership development programs.  - Providing support & assistance to Manager in L&D interventions.  - Coordinating & facilitating learning & development activities.  - Planning & Organizing trainings & other related activities.  - Knowledge of training management system such as TMT/LMS.  - Follow up on feedback & action planning with CDP.  -Training needs analysis support.  - Customer service training experience.  - Awareness of online assessment tools.  - Liaise with external training provider as necessary.  - Participate in ad-hoc projects.
