Headquartered in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Kronos employs more than 4000 people worldwide.  - Kronos is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Primary Responsibilities :  - Building collaborative relationships within the vendor management function and with all Kronos departments to maximize effective selection and management of new and existing vendor relationships/ (contractors) .  - Manage lifecycle processes to effectively and efficiently identify, evaluate, select and originate vendor contractual relationships as well as perform ongoing vendor management and monitoring activities for existing vendor relationships in collaboration with Kronos business stakeholders.  - Implement and maintain efficient, automated processes to support the Vendor Management Program methodology and management reporting, that will support the consistent collection and retention of vendor information and documentation, track vendor issues and resolutions, assist in the analysis/identification of trends and provide quality management reporting.  - Ensure departmental practices are formally documented to provide clear policy and procedural direction for onboarding non-employee resources.  - Processing purchase orders for Kronos global offices using Oracle - I procurement - module : The role would process purchase orders for various International offices of Kronos using I procurement module and as per agreed service level agreements .  - Work with the Corporate data team for adding / modifying vendors to the Oracle vendor data base.  - Manage Tactical procurement for Noida site: Support tactical procurement needs of the organization up to a limit of say Rs 5 lacs per event. Manage any negotiations, vendor meetings, quick market assessment while doing so.  - This role shall be reporting into Strategic Sourcing Manager also based out of Noida office.   Qualification :  - Bachelor's degree from a reputed college and university.  - 3-4 years of relevant experience performing a similar role in an IT / Software global organization would be preferred.  - A good understanding of Oracle - I procurement - module and any previous experience in creating purchase orders from fully approved requisitions.  - A working knowledge of Procurement (tactical) will be helpful.  - Good understanding and hands on experience of Excel (Macros, V Look up), Power point etc .  - Strong interpersonal communications and the ability to work independently and in a global environment.  - Ability to work well within a dynamic, ever changing environment.  - Ability to work extended hours to have 1-2 hours of overlap with US Eastern Standard Time.
