Product knowledge within HCM/WFM would be ideal (Preferred)  - Indian Market exposure  - 10+ years of overall experience with minimum 5 years Presales experience with focus on HCM/WFM domain.  Role :   - Manage presales technical activities for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.   - Develop detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans. Provide/oversee presale technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations. Publish technical articles regarding specific applications.  - Work with marketing and product managers to define new products. Serve as company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.   - May provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.  Responsibilities :   - Work closely with sales teams and other presales resources, providing multi-vertical industry expertise, product expertise and support throughout the sales cycle.  - Work closely with the local sales team during the prospect needs analysis phase to assist in uncovering and clearly identifying prospect's critical business issues  - Prepare and deliver customized solution presentations of Kronos- Labor Management and Scheduling solutions based on the needs analysis phase and the prospect's critical business issues.  - Provide clear, concise follow-up information addressing any outstanding issues unveiled as a result of the solution presentation.  - Clearly articulate prospect's business issues, needs and proposed solutions.  - Develop solutions that extend the core Kronos WFC application to implement Client-specific components including interfaces, workflows, exports, dashboards and reports.  - Produce professional services estimates/Statement of Work (SOWs) for the solutions that are being recommended  - Operate in complex technology environments, for Kronos's larger customers, requiring a multi-product solution (Workforce Suite), as well as requiring integration and/or custom solutions.  - Perform engagements that require advanced technical expertise and in-depth experience with the Kronos product suite.  - Communicate with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalate issues as necessary  Qualifications :   - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  - This position requires the ability to understand new concepts and complex procedures and to logically analyze those procedures to identify potential problem areas.  - 8 -12 years of related experience in presales, sales, consultancy- solution-focused role, combined with at least 8 years of related work with a business software provider.  - Candidates should possess an understanding of the strategic sales cycle and sales techniques as well as strong presentation skills.  - Higher business or technical degree, or equivalent relevant professional experiences preferable  - Experience using an automated labour management, HRIS and/or payroll software package is ideal.  - Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills.  - Candidates must be confident and comfortable presenting business solutions to a C-level audience.
