The firm has branches and investors across Singapore, Hong Kong and India.  For further information, please check us out at www.kristal.ai  We are looking for a data scientist who has deep interest in theoretical and applied machine learning and loves working in a fast-paced environment.  Key responsibilities will include :   - Develop ML based models for financial portfolios and Investment advisory   - Designing, implementing and backtesting investment strategies   - Analyze investment behavior for portfolio managers to prevent frauds and malpractices   - Coordinate with engineering team to incorporate models in the platform.  Desired technical requirements :  - Exposure to Financial markets   - Familiarity with Python/R/SciKit/Tensorflow  - Familiar with SQL and page scrapping & other data manipulation tools and packages.   - Bachelors or Masters in Maths, Applied Math, Statistics, Neural Network, Machine Learning from Tier-I college   - Work Experience: 1-4 yrs  - The candidate must be self-driven, and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the firm is currently in a growth phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently.  - As this is a small team, the candidate is expected to make a personal impact right from the start.
