We are looking for people who thrive in unstructured, creative environments, can grow their skills to keep up with the pace of our growth, share our passion for positively impacting students- careers and, in process, revolutionise the landscape of higher education in India.  Responsibilities:  Product Management  - Create, evaluate and fine-tune new program concepts through in-depth end-user and recruiter immersions.  - Cascade product design requirements to technology team and work with them for flawless execution.  - Create the business case and be the custodian of the P&L for the program.  Content Creation  - Work with the industry's leading marketing and sales thought leaders to distil new learnings into stories and frameworks that facilitate memory and understanding.  - Use persuasive storytelling techniques and work with the video production teams to churn out engaging, industry relevant content.  Brand Building  - Lead promotion and PR for your programs across online and offline channels to drive awareness and consideration for your programs.  - Craft the content marketing strategy to establish Kraftshala.com as the eminent thought leader in marketing and sales.   Experience/Operations Management  - Coordinate with various stakeholders for seamless delivery of programs, including subject experts, industry managers, current and potential students etc.  - Create and manage processes to control the complete student experience  - Develop a team of program managers over the course of the year to take care of day to day operations.  Basic Qualifications:  - Prior marketing/sales experience between 2-6 years   - Curiosity and willingness to learn from new knowledge and experiences  - Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment  - Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results  - A strong penchant for problem solving, with the ability to think strategically and tactically  - Strong interpersonal skills to build and manage stakeholder relationships  - Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail and organizational skills are essential  - Candidate must be fluent in English  Preferred Qualifications:  - An MBA from Tier 1 campus- IIMs/XLRI/FMS/SP Jain/ IIFT  - Brand experience at a major consumer company
