Consultant - BSS/ Business Transformation (Telecom Space)  Position Description :  To drive growth of KPMG in the BSS / Business Transformation space in the Telecom sector  Key Responsibilities :   - Deliver program / projects as per defined timelines   - Deepen Key Account relationships in the Telecom sector   - Ensure engagement levels within the team  - Drive collaboration across teams in KPMG  - Drive team P&L by monitoring billing, fee collection, controlling project expenses etc.  - Develop thought leadership content in the BSS / Business transformation space  - Develop and roll-out client centric/ industry centric solutions   - Support sales efforts in the BSS / Business transformation space  - Drive Knowledge Management regarding BSS / Business transformation within the team  Technical Skills required :  - Knowledge of BSS (CRM / Billing / Order Management, etc.) and/or OSS Products  - Knowledge of BSS Architecture (Prepaid, Postpaid and Enterprise Services)  - Experience of end-to-end Transformation lifecycle (Requirement Gathering, Design, Build, Test, Integration, Data Migration, Rollout/Launch)  - Program & resource management   - Multi-vendor Management   Experience / Skills required :  - MBA from a top-tier business school  - Excellent understanding of operations and customer service  - Must have relevant experience in advising clients in services industry on operational efficiency  - Ability to engage senior client management on our offerings, emerging issues in telecom etc.  - Ability to work under pressure, straddle multiple projects  - Operations consulting experience is a must   - Should have demonstrated experience in building strategies and implementing transformational change at the operational level  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills  - Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
