In addition, support other procurement related projects including spend analytics, procurement transformation, maturity assessments, supplier risk assessments, etc.   - Leading and/or executing the strategic sourcing and supply chain projects  - Evaluating spend reports to identify opportunities and developing Total Cost Models for the spend categories in consideration  - Developing and/or customizing RFx templates and pricing worksheets  - Analyzing supplier responses, draw conclusions, prepare comprehensive summaries, and prepare business case presentation for clients.  THE INDIVIDUAL  - 4+ years of experience in consulting or any other offshore-onshore coordinated work.  - Experience in procurement operations and/or consulting  - Working knowledge of the Strategic Sourcing process.   - Strong understanding of the procurement operations and processes.   - Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment (consulting) with minimal supervision.  - Extensive experience working on global projects.  - Effective verbal and written communication skills. Collaborate with clients - both in offshore and onshore models - to define current state maps (blueprinting), transformation strategy and execution.  - Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills.  - Manage end-to-end delivery for a project  - Strong analytical and critical thinking acumen   - Extensive experience working with global clients  - Effective verbal and written communication skills  EXPECTED SKILLS  - Organised approach and able to work under pressure  - Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently  - Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented.  - Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy   - Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required  QUALIFICATION  - Post Graduate Degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.  SELECTION PROCESS  A technical interaction with the line Manager and a final round with the Director / Partner of the practice followed by HR discussion
