Job Title : Senior Manager/Deputy Chief Manager - Accounts and Finance  No. of vacancy : 2  Essential Criteria :  - CA- 2012/13/14 batch (can also consider 2011/15)  - 2-4 years of exp. Working in accounts department  - Indian GAAP knowledge and Companies Act 2013  - Sound knowledge of IFRS, Expert Knowledge on Service Tax and Operational knowledge on Income tax Act  - Knowledge of Insurance accounting, IRDA regulations  Responsibilities of the jobholder :   - To be responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements.  - To review and check all month end provisions given by respective departments and account it properly.  - To prepare month on month, expense report and submit to CFO for review.  - To compare Budget vs. Actual for all major expenses  - To be responsible for service tax, income tax and TDS payments  - To be responsible for IRDA and other statutory compliances  - To ensure foreign payments as per FEMA and its accounting  - To ensure payment and accounting of inter- company transactions  - To have good knowledge of Indian GAAP and companies Act 2013  - To handle quarterly statutory audit and internal audits  - Sound understanding about IFRS would be added value.  Desirable :   - Hands on in Oracle/SAP accounting package.  - Good knowledge of MS Excel  - Strong Communication skills  Essential :  - CA with at least 2-4 years of accounting experience  - CA 2012/13/14 Batch  Location : Mumbai, Resident from Western Line, Ghatkopar will be preferred.
