Job Role :	  - Should be able to independently handle the region for all the legal matters relating to Wholesale Banking comprising of Corporate banking and Mid Markets.  - Should have in depth knowledge on matters related to mortgage in the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andra Pradesh and on creation of Mortgage.  - Should be capable of independently drafting various facility and security agreements and should have good negotiating skills for negotiating the documents with the clients.  - Should be capable of handling litigation.  - Should be in a position to advise Credit and Business in relation to day to day queries.  - Support for proper execution of documents by concerned departments.  Job Requirement:  Education:  - Should be LLB Qualified  Job Knowledge: Have good legal knowledge, experience and understanding of legal issues.  - Would prefer someone with relevant Corp Banking Legal experience in Banking/ Financial sector.  Skills & Experience:  - Strategizing / Thinking /Analytical skills and Quick Thinking Skills  - Meeting TATS  - Interpersonal skills  - Understanding business requirements.
