Chief Manager - Accounts - CA  - To be responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly and annual financial statements.  - To review and check all month end provisions given by respective departments and account it properly.  - To prepare month on month, expense report and submit to CFO for review.  - To compare Budget vs Actual, variances with previous period for all major expenses  - To be responsible for service tax, income tax and TDS payments  - To ensure timely capitalization of fixed assets transactions  - To ensure foreign payments as per FEMA and its accounting  - To ensure payment and accounting of inter- company transactions  - To have good knowledge of Indian GAAP and companies Act 2013
